Terms of Service

⭐Payment is received before I begin.
⭐No refunds.
⭐No expected dates. (1 week - 1 month). +6 character orders may exceed.
⭐Your idea can not be modified after payment is received.
⭐No updates (for changes) unless prompted.
⭐Alterations are not allowed after commission is complete unless of a personal error according to the form details. My style is your choice.
⭐I have the right not to accept your commission for any reason.
⭐I will not accept your form if it contains any mature, romantic/couple, gore, fetish/nsfw, satanic, political/controversial, hate art, etc.
⭐Complicated character designs, armor, props, and extra timely details will require extra payment. Ask about beforehand.
⭐I prefer to stick to what's on the menu for commission options. However, if you want a custom commission or custom character, that can be manageable! Just please note it will cost. Outfits, character designs, concept art, or character sheets etc can be discussed over DMs and might not be accepted. Please note that compensation is required based on research, modifications, time with client, and this is on top of the original price of commissions offered on menu (head sketch, half body, full body, etc).
⭐Title to the artwork passes to the client written acceptance of and payment for the work, but copyright belongs to and remains with the artist. All commissioned artwork may not be for commercial use. Posting on social media with credit is encouraged. I, the artist, have the right to post your commissioned piece on my social media. If any questions or concerns, message before sending a form my way.
